About ClimaCare Tanzania

ClimaCare Tanzania is a youth-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people to drive climate action and build resilient communities across the country.

We exist to amplify youth voices, promote green innovation, and foster inclusive solutions to the climate crisis. Communities in Tanzania face increasing climate challenges—ranging from unpredictable rainfall and prolonged droughts to coastal erosion and land degradation.

These effects threaten food security, livelihoods, and public health, particularly among vulnerable groups like women and youth. Despite their potential, young people often lack the resources, platforms, and skills to respond effectively.

ClimaCare bridges this gap by mobilizing youth, raising awareness, and promoting locally driven climate adaptation strategies that protect people and the planet.
